The Flashback Funk Fest will feature Zapp Band with special guests S.O.S. Band, Midnight Star, Lakeside, and Dazz Band brining the funk to Dallas. In addition to the headliners on the main stage, there will also be a free pre-show on the Texas Lottery® Plaza Stage beginning at 3:30 pm and a free post-show on the Texas Lottery® Plaza Stage at 11 pm.
