This pop-up at Knox Street’s Pop-Up, located just steps away from The Katy Trail, will feature Fletcher’s mobile kitchen selling Corny Dogs, funnel cakes, and lemonade. Amber Fletcher, the granddaughter of Corny Dog inventor Neil Fletcher, will be onsite from 11 am-1 pm to meet customers.
