Travel east with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and Fort Worth favorite Mei-Ann Chen as she conducts An-Lun Huang's Saibei Dance, a buoyant fusion of Chinese and Western music. Violin virtuoso Benjamin Beilman, recipient of both the 2012 Avery Fisher Career Grant and the 2012 London Music Masters Award, takes the stage for Dvorák's Violin Concerto in A Minor. Mendelssohn's delightful "Scottish" Symphony closes the program.
