Cook Hall and Franconia Brewing Company team up for a five-course beer dinner beginning at 7 pm. Pairings include Koelsch paired with east coast oysters with cucumber mignonette, Franconia Wheat with a roasted strawberry and goat cheese salad dressed with aged balsamic vinegar and Franconia Dunkel with spiced rib-eye, crispy potatoes and cherry mustard.
