Chef Andrew Feinberg and wine director Francine Stephens own Franny’s in Brooklyn. They are in Dallas to teach the techniques that got them named to Newsweek’s “101 Best Places to Eat in the World.” The pair leads how to prepare seasonal Italian dishes like crostino of whipped eggplant and anchovy, squid with lovage salsa verde and spaghetti with chiles, herbs and ricotta. Seats are $65 and include a copy of Franny’s Simple, Seasonal, Italian cookbook. The class begins at 6:30 pm.
