In true French Room fashion, the Salon will serve the ultimate bite into luxury, a guided caviar and champagne tasting highlighting five unique breeds and grades of caviar from renowned purveyor, Regiis Ova. The brand, founded by James Beard Award winning chef Thomas Keller and Shaoching Bishop, focuses on sourcing the highest quality caviar directly from sustainable farms around the globe.
Founder, Shoaching Bishop, will guide guests through five tastings of caviar, infused into a selection of gourmet bites from The French Room. Each dish will be complemented by champagne pairings from sommeliers Ryan Tedder and Leslie Hartman.
