Frontiers of Flight Museum presents Spirit of '45 Weekend, a two-day event featuring activities to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II. Strike a pose with your special someone in front of the famous V-J Day in Times Square “Kiss,” bring a picture of your WWII hero for our Wall of Honor and enjoy tunes from the 1940s by vocalist Norma Valles.

Festivities conclude on Sunday with a special presentation by WWII Medal of Honor recipient, Hershel “Woody” Williams, and a moving wreath-laying ceremony in tribute to the tens of thousands of Americans killed in action during the war.
