Chef Chris Ward will be hosting an afternoon cooking class. Assisting Chef Ward this year is Dallas’ own Burton Gilliam, actor and longtime friend of the Greyhound Adoption League of Texas (GALT).

Chef Ward will prepare menu classics including Escargot Bourguignonne, Beef Wellington, Creamed Spinach, Lyonnaise Potatoes and Graham Cracker Cheese Pie for class guests. Tickets include a full course tasting of demonstrated recipes, recipe cards, two drink tickets and door prizes.
