Resilience builds on Greitens’ correspondence with his friend and former Navy SEAL Zach Walker to illustrate how people move through hardship and become better. No one escapes pain, fear, or suffering. Yet from pain can come wisdom, from fear can come courage, and from suffering can come strength – if we build the virtue of resilience.
