Gigi’s Bar & Lounge, a new Latin-inspired cocktail lounge and restaurant Plano’s Shops at Legacy North, will celebrate its grand opening with a full weekend of events.

• May 23: Grand Opening - The grand opening kicks off at 3:30 pm with the official brand signage reveal and full public access to the new space.The evening celebration kicks off at 9 pm with Noche de Despecho, a high-energy Latin nightlife and karaoke event featuring DJs and dancing until 2 am.
• May 24: Brunch Debut - Taking place from 11 am - 3 pm, the soft brunch launch will feature flowing champagne, bottle service, and an Eggs Benedict Bar.
• May 25: The Best Brunch Ever - The full brunch experience continues with champagne flights, a live DJ, and all the Sunday Funday vibes from 12-4 pm.

Born from the vision of Giza “Gigi” Mayorga, a Guatemalan immigrant and single mother who spent more than a decade at Dallas institutions like Gloria’s, Mesero, and Mexican Sugar, Gigi’s Bar & Lounge is more than a nightlife destination - it’s a tribute to Latin heritage, feminine strength and perseverance. The space honors Mayorga's roots, reflects her journey, and invites others to feel at home.
