The Weinstein Company is holding The Giver Color Party Fan Event at NorthPark Center to celebrate the August 15 release of their upcoming film The Giver, based on Lois Lowry’s award-winning young adult novel of the same name.

The Dallas Color Party will have variety of color-themed activities for young adults such as a mall scavenger hunt, photo booth opportunities, nail painting station, face paint artists, hair chalk and more.

Actor Brenton Thwaites, who plays the main character Jonas in the movie, will stop by the Color Party for a special Q&A and VIP autograph signing. KISS FM will be on-site hosting the event, giving away prizes and pumping up the crowd.

The event will take place on the first floor between Nordstrom and Macy’s in the North Court by Mark di Suvero’s Ad Astra sculpture.
