The 4th annual OCarnivale Masquerade Ball is the perfect pre-party for the parade the next day. The Matt Tolentino Band, Club Wood and the Inner City All Stars will provide the music, and Creole cooking and New Orleans-style Hurricanes will be on the menu. Festive attire is encouraged, as prizes are awarded for best dressed.
