The City of Grapevine kicks off its renowned Christmas Capital of Texas celebration, a series that includes more than 1,400 Christmas events in 40-plus days. The opening event will feature appearances by Santa Claus, Tom T. Turkey and elves, a concert by Dallas-based national pop artist Bean, an ornament making station and even snow falling on Main Street.
