The Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra will open their 43rd season with special guest flute soloist Demarre McGill, Dallas Symphony Orchestra Principal Flute, performing Mozart’s Flute Concert No. 1 in G-major. Also on the program: Beethoven’s Leonore Overture No. 3, Copland’s Appalachian Spring and Tchaikovsky’s Capriccio Italian.
