Greenville Avenue Pizza Company opened its first shop on the Lowest Greenville strip in 2007. Run by a young and plucky couple, Sammy and Molly Mandell, GAPCo has since expanded to two more locations, opening an East Dallas store five years ago and another in Richardson one year ago.
Now, GAPCo is celebrating all three anniversaries with one big pizza-fueled extravaganza. At this party at GAPCo Richardson, which is the largest of the trio and features a full dining room and bar, the restaurant is offering its massive cheese pizzas for $15, Colossal Cookies for $5, and beers for just $1.
In addition to the food and drink, there will also be live music and a pizza eating contest, plus activities for the kids, including face painting and balloon animals.
