As part of its guest chef series, Bryce Gilmore from Austin favorite Barley Swine gets behind the line at FT33 in the Dallas Design District. Gilmore shows off his culinary chops in an eight-course menu featuring local ingredients. Cost is $105 per person, plus additional $55 for wine pairings. Reservations are required, and seating is limited.
