Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary will present a special evening celebrating the opening of their new exhibit, “Feathered Friends: 13 Texas Endangered and Threatened Birds.” The exhibit features an artistic bird watch within the museum as these birds are represented by 14 local award-winning artists.
The bird-focused evening will offer the opportunity to meet many of the artists included in the exhibit. Guests will also enjoy a special program on bird migration utilizing the Magic Planet exhibit, a 4-foot spherical digital display.
Following the grand opening, the exhibit will be on view through March 22.
