Heritage Farmstead Museum will present a special “Day at the Farm” event, allowing guests to tour the farm and enjoy sheep shearing, tractor-driven hay rides, crafts, story time, games of the past, a variety of special demonstrations, and hands-on activities like feeding chickens.
The event will also feature a demonstration by the Dallas Weavers Guild. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet the farm’s new ducks and to milk Buttermilk, the farm’s interactive educational display milking cow.
