Hibashi’s Valentine’s Day 2017 celebration will feature delightful and generous flavors from Hibashi’s popular teppanyaki grill and sushi menus, with plenty of options for romantic dinners to share. Hibashi will feature four prix-fixe menus:

Love Always and Forever (six courses)

• Shrimp Appetizer, Ginger Garden Salad, Miso Soup
• Certified Chateaubriand and Whole Cold Water Lobster Tail            
• Mixed garden vegetables, steamed or fried rice
• Dessert: Red Velvet Cake or Tempura Ice Cream
• Sake or Wine Pairing:  Choice of one bottle of hot sake or two glasses of house wine (merlot, chardonnay, rosatello or sparkling wine)

Cupid's Love Feast (six courses)

• Stuffed Mushroom, Ginger Garden Salad, Miso Soup
• Certified Angus Filet Mignon and Premium Shrimp            
• Mixed garden vegetables, steamed or fried rice
• Dessert: Red Velvet Cake
• Sake or Wine Pairing:  Choice of one bottle of hot sake or two glasses of house wine (merlot, chardonnay, rosatello or sparkling wine)

Endless Love, featuring fresh sushi (five courses)

• Miso Soup
• Tender Edamame or Luscious Gyoza
• Valentine’s Temari Sushi: Four pieces of Valentine’s Temari Sushi, a Japanese celebration tradition
• Romantic Sushi Adventure of Chef’s Choice of two fresh Valentine’s rolls, plus 6 nigiri sushi
