Hotel St. Germain hosts a “Hidden Cities” five-course wine dinner featuring an exhibit of artifacts from cultures that have been buried, flooded, sunken, overgrown and forgotten. Courses include olive oil-poached tuna with cucumber, yogurt and za’atar and pomegranate-glazed Muscovy Duck breast on wilted chard with creamy polenta and mushroom.
