Texas Book Festival, in partnership with Texas Monthly magazine and the City of Highland Park, will present the Highland Park Centennial Literary Festival. The one-day event will feature top Texas authors in two separate sessions. Featured authors include Lawrence Wright, Kay Bailey Hutchison, Stephen Harrigan, Erica Grieder, Liz Scanlon and more. Attendees may purchase books to be signed by the authors immediately following their sessions. There will also be a luncheon ($15 advance purchase required) and children’s sessions. The Literary Festival is one of a number of events over the coming months to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Highland Park community.
