Highland Park Village will present its special holiday local market under the lights, featuring heartfelt performances by White Rock Montessori Children’s Choir and photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The event will also feature an Enchanted Toy Land in Livingston Court, complimentary carriage rides, exclusive offers, and more, with extended store hours and treats until 9 pm.
