Dallas' Hollywood Santa Monica Neighborhood Association has selected five historic and unique homes to be showcased during the 27th annual Home Tour. The weekend of events kicks off with a special Candlelight Tour during the evening on Friday, April 20 from 6-7 pm and continues on Saturday and Sunday from 12-5 pm both days.

The architecture-filled weekend also includes an auction party and art fair. The Auction Party will be held at the Dallas Arboretum on Friday, April 20 from 7:30-11 pm. This year’s party will feature a “Yacht Rock” theme and attire and includes food, drinks, live music, and the opportunity to bid on a collection of locally sourced items.

The 6th annual Hollywood Art in the Park, a free-admission, family-oriented marketplace and festival, will accompany Sunday’s Home Tour, taking place in Lindsley Park from 12-5 pm. Art in the Park will feature talented local and regional artists and artisans offering an assortment of art and handmade goods. Art in the Park will also feature food and dessert trucks, children's activities, and performances by local musicians.

The five homes on this year’s tour are among only 750 homes that make up the Hollywood Heights and Santa Monica neighborhoods, believed to be one of the largest collections of stone-embellished Tudor revival cottages in the country. These homes are made more special by the fact that their historic details are protected by one of the few Conservation Districts in the city of Dallas. Tickets can be purchased in person at participating homes or at Curiosities Antiques.

Featured homes include:

  • 6942 Lindsley Avenue
  • 427 Monte Vista Drive
  • 904 Clermont Avenue
  • 6915 Santa Monica Drive
  • 602 Monte Vista Drive
