The Kindertransport was a British operation that saved 10,000 Jewish children from the Nazis. Bert Romberg was one of the 10,000 children who survived the Holocaust because of the Kindertransport. Bert was fortunate to escape war in the arms of a loving family. Come meet Bert and listen to his story as he grants insight into what it meant to walk away from the destruction of Hitler’s Germany, and towards the unknown.
