Whiskey Cake hosts a five-course whiskey dinner featuring Hudson Whiskey beginning at 7 pm. Pairings include cold smoked barbecue tuna ribs with marinated watermelon and jalapeno mint vinaigrette served on barrel staves with Hudson Baby Bourbon and local sheep’s milk ricotta agnolotti with duck pancetta, black trumpet mushrooms and horseradish on marrow bones with Hudson Single Malt.
