Hypnotic Donuts & Oak Highlands Brewery will present a Donut and Beer Pairing. The menu includes:
- Charity™ German Alt-Style Ale originally from the Düsseldorf area of Germany. Charity is deep amber in color, with a crisp, but not sweet, malty flavor that finishes dry with a moderate hop bitterness. 5.3% ABV. 43 IBU.Paired with Vanilla Cake donut topped with a Cookie Butter Glaze and Sweet Potato Cheesecake
- Freaky Deaky™ Belgian Tripel Style Ale. Light in color and brewed with a larger amount of American hops than a traditional tripel. 10.0% ABV 45 IBU. Paired with a Chocolate Cake donut with Buttermilk Glaze, Peach Jam and Streusel
- Derelict IPA™ American IPA (India Pale Ale) Style. Five separate hop additions. Strong citrus hop aroma and flavor without an overly bitter taste. 6.1% ABV 56 IBU. Paired with a Pork Belly and Plantain Fritter with a Citrus Glaze
- DFDub™ German Dunkelweizen (dark wheat) Style Ale. Heavy banana and clove aromas. A dark, slightly cloudy beer with a fresh crisp taste. 7.1% ABV 13 IBU. Paired with a Vanilla Cake donut topped with Key Lime Glaze, Raspberry Caramel and Peanut Marzipan
