Ilume Gallerie presents a special opening artist reception for Stuart Sheldon, who was "Miami Herald Reader's Pick", Dec. 2014, leading up to Art Basel Miami. The reception and month long show will benefit Oak Lawn Library Friends Inc., The Dallas Public Library, Oak Lawn. Stuart has a unique style where he creates collages with book titles and verbiage in his series "Best Books Ever Written.”
In addition, this September Dallas celebrates Gay Pride and the Supreme Court's landmark marriage decision Obergefell vs. Hodges with Sheldon creating a commemorative painting and print series that will be featured in gallery.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through October 17.
