Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth will present a Virtual Sake Tasting, with John Gaunter (co-founder and content editor of Sake Today) guiding guests on the tasting journey.
To join the event, guests must register and purchase their sake/bento box before 12 pm on Monday, July 6. The following menu will be available from local Japanese restaurants, EBESU and Yama Izakaya:
- Sake Flight ($30) - 120ml x 4 kinds of sake, enough to share between two people
- Sake Flight + Bento Box combination ($43)
- Bento Box only ($15)
Once registration is completed, guests will receive an email with a Zoom event link so they can participate from the comfort of their home. Sake flights and bento boxes must be picked up before the program begins.
