Executive chef Patton Robertson teams up with local chefs to bring a multi-course dinner beginning at 6 pm with passed appetizers and champagne. Five Sixty’s Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Fujino, Chef Matt Raso of Nobu, Chef Teiichi Sakurai of Tei-An, and Chef Scott Drewno from Washington, D.C.’s The Source by Wolfgang Puck are each preparing a course for the dinner, which will take place in Five Sixty’s new Cloud Nine private dining space. The courses are paired with beer or sake chosen by the respective chef. Reservations are $150 and can be made by calling 214-741-5560.
