Dallas Japanese restaurants, organizations, and talents will team up to create a fun food festival to highlight favorite Japanese dishes, celebrate local Japanese talents, and celebrate Haru Matsuri (Spring).
There will be four food and drink stations serving yakitori skewers from Niwa Japanese BBQ, sushi and rolls by Y’s Catering Kitchen, ramen debut by Ichigoh (opening Summer 2018), and drinks by George Kaiho of Jettison. Niwa Japanese BBQ restaurant will be open that day and serving from their full menu.
Guests will enjoy performances by Taiko Drummers of Dallas Kiyari Daiko at around 5 and 7 pm.
