Jasper’s Plano will be hosting a wine dinner featuring Justin Winery, recipient of Wine Spectator Magazine’s 2017 Award of Excellence. New to Jasper’s Plano, Executive Chef Joseph Healy has created a special menu featuring items that will pair perfectly with assorted wines crafted by Justin’s Winemakers Fred Holloway and Scott Shirley with a flavorful and balanced style to reflect the fruit they taste in the vineyard.
