Jasper’s will host its first wine dinner in Richardson with Napa Valley’s Trinchero Family Estates. Chef Evan Tanner has created a special menu that will feature passed appetizers and four delicious courses alongside an assortment of food-friendly wines from one of California’s best producers.

  • Smoked Scallop Crudo with Grapefruit, Sea Bean and Crème Fraiche
  • Yellow Tomato Gazpacho “Shooters” with Tequila-Lime Mist
  • Texas Agave Blanco Tequila Cocktail, Avissi Prosecco, Italy

First Course

  • Coriander Dusted Barramundi with Artichoke Soufflé, Citrus Beurre and Shaved Fennel
  • Complicated Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast, 2014

  • Grilled Pheasant Breast with Hulled Barley Risotto and Apricot Butter-Plum Demi

Third Course

  • Grilled Lamb Two Ways with Rosemary Flageolets & Black Garlic and Huckleberry Conserve
