Jasper’s Richardson will host a wine dinner with Trinchero Napa Valley and winemaker, Mario Montecelli. Executive Chef Michael Harp has created a four-course menu which will feature Licorice Crusted Lamb. The dinner will start with passed appetizers, followed by three courses alongside an assortment of select wines from one of California’s best wineries.
Montecelli will be joining participants at the event and sharing some of the unique characters of the wines selected for the evening.
