Jazz on the Green presented by Chase, Klyde Warren Park’s signature jazz series, is part of Music Thursdays.

October 8 - Jose Aponte and Caribe Club: A native from Carolina Puerto Rico, Aponte is an active member of the Dallas/Fort Worth musical scene as a freelance performer and studio musician. José is a senior lecturer at the University of North Texas in the Percussion and Jazz Studies departments, where he teaches drumset and Latin percussion.

October 15 - Hunter Sullivan Big Band: Sullivan and his ensembles have built a solid reputation as the go-to source for authentic presentation of the best in Great American Songbook, classic pop, and romantic ballads.

October 22 - Spenser Liszt: Liszt is a champion of the saxophone in constant pursuit of new musical frontiers. Having been featured on over a dozen records, and serving as a regular feature in countless groups, Liszt possesses a vast artistic perspective and wields an uncanny versatility.

Lawn chairs will only be allowed on the far side of Hart Boulevard. No outside alcohol will be permitted.
