JD Lawrence's Cain & Able (inspired by actual events) is the sinisterly entertaining story of two brothers, the arrogant and tenacious Cain (two-time Telly Award winner JD Lawrence) and the modest Able (Multi-Grammy award winner Fred Hammond), who are both left half of their father's fortune. However, in order to get their hands on the money, the two, along with their spouses, must spend the entire weekend together at their father's estate and reconcile their differences. In the course of their intervention, secrets are revealed and old feelings come back as Cain and Able learn they're more alike than they think they are.
