Jewish Film Festival of Dallas: A Borrowed Identity: aka Dancing Arabs

Part of the Jewish Film Festival of Dallas.  Eyad, an Israeli Arab teenager, has a hard time adjusting to his new life in a prestigious Jewish boarding school until he becomes friends with fellow student, Naomi. When they fall in love, her family vehemently disapproves. Eyad decides to pass himself off as Jewish to solve all his social problems.

This movie was nominated for four 2014 Israeli Academy (Ophir) Award nominations. Following this film, Gil Elan, President and CEO, Southwest Jewish Congress will discuss the film and take questions.
