Part of the Jewish Film Festival of Dallas. This drama/romance tells the story of 18-year-old Ayelet, who, when diagnosed with advanced bone cancer, stubbornly refuses treatment. Yochai, a dedicated Yeshiva student, is enlisted to change her mind. When the two unexpectedly fall in love, Yochai is faced with an agonizing moral decision—whether to leave the Yeshiva or abandon his newfound love. In Hebrew with subtitles, Dallas is one of the first US cities to screen this film.

Following Vice Versa, Rabbi Adam Roffman of Congregation Shearith Israel will lead a discussion.

Aya: After a random encounter at the Ben Gurion Airport, Aya poses as a driver for Mr. Overby, a tall, handsome Dane. Together, this adventurous young Israeli woman and Danish musician travel Israeli highways on a flirtatious journey. Winner of the Best Short Feature Film at the 2013 Israeli Academy (Ophir) Awards and nominated for the Best Short Film, Live Action, 2015 Academy Awards, USA.
