Morrissey may not have been able to perform in town early this year, but this concert by guitarist Johnny Marr will ensure that 2013 won't be devoid of former Smiths in the Dallas area. After all these years, Marr has finally put out a solo album, 2013's The Messenger. He'll be joined by opening acts Meredith Sheldon and Oil Boom.
