Knife at The Highland Dallas presents Wine Dinner with Chappellet

Chef John Tesar's Knife will team up with acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon wine producer Chappellet, of Napa Valley, California, to present an exclusive five-course dinner paired with distinctive selections from the highly sought-after Chappellet portfolio.

The James Beard-nominated Tesar will prepare five courses of his signature cuisine at Knife to bring out the flavors and aromas of the wines. Sommelier Sabrina Snodderley, who has twice earned The Dallas Morning News' best "Wine Experiences," has expertly paired each of Tesar's courses with a Chappellet selection. The special hosts for the evening will be Cyril Chappellet and Sonoma Loeb Brand Manager Trey Blankenship, who will lead guests through each wine course pairing and educate on winemaking techniques and practices. The Chappellets were the first winery to plant vineyards on the Pritchard Hill high-elevation hillsides. From these vineyards, the Chappellets have been crafting extraordinary, age-worthy wines since 1967.
