Knife has partnered with Heaven’s Door to host a whiskey and bourbon pairing dinner. The decadent evening will feature a cocktail reception followed by a four-course tasting menu featuring a carefully curated menu paired with Heaven’s Door whiskey and bourbon with each course.
The cocktail reception features Heaven’s Door Straight Bourbon. After the reception guests will enjoy a dynamic dinner with plates including Beef Tartare, Quail, 44 Farms Dry-Aged Ribeye, and a Chocolate Whiskey Cake made with Heaven’s Door Bourbon. Guests will enjoy whiskey pairings throughout.
