The Landmark hosts a globally inspired four-course wine dinner with a reception at 6:30 and dinner at 7 pm. Danni Simross form Quintessential Wines will present the wine pairings. Dishes include grilled Thai shrimp and Wakame salad paired with 2012 Gustave Lorentze Le Rose from France and a grilled Cervena venison medallion with celery root mousseline, baby heirloom carrots and a red wine reduction paired with 2009 Bianchi Particular malbec from Argentina.
