Laura Rathe Fine Art will present Dream State, a new exhibition from contemporary artist Roi James.

Regarded as transcendent and conceptual, James’ works and techniques express a sense of fluency to viewers, as seen in his diverse range of meditative abstract paintings and architectural wall sculptures.  As he describes his process as a sort of ‘creative surrender’ to his thoughts and emotions, James states that with each piece, he ultimately strives to convey a feeling of freedom and to encourage contemplation.

Following the opening reception, the Dream State collection will be on view through June 21.
