Lela Rose in Highland Park Village will host a jewelry trunk show featuring a collection that is designed by Sukan Zaveri, who transforms Indian royal designs into contemporary, versatile styles. Zaveri's philanthropic work supports women in rural Indian communities, who are not only struggling with poverty but also gender disparity, by training them with the craft of jewelry making, gaining independence and empowerment. 10% of the proceeds from sales at the trunk show will be donated to empowering these Indian women.
