The Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International will present their 2018 fundraiser, “A Super Dame Good Party.” The theme of this year’s event is “The Wonder Women of Les Dames D’Escoffier and the Superheroes Who Paved the Way.” This food and wine extravaganza will showcase the chapter’s talented chefs and experts in fine wines, beverages, and hospitality. There will also be incredible star winemakers from across the country, and renowned guest chefs.
Funds raised by the event endow scholarships for qualified female applicants pursuing careers in the culinary, wine, fine beverage and hospitality industries, aka future superheroes.
