Out of Body is a living project designed to challenge the collaborators as well as the audience to reach beyond their perceived inhibitions to allow the organic process of self discovery to take place. Curator Brandy Michele Adams has worked extensively with each artist to seamlessly blend an unlikely pairing of talents together for this special ongoing fall production. The beliefs and visions of each artist will be an event to be witnessed and experienced.

Artist/Designer of Neon Zinnm, Seth Damm, will bring the influence of his work to life while pairing with fashion illustrator Ruben Burgess Jr. and up and coming creative director/stylist KJ Moody. The exhibition will consist of sculptural statements, installation, illustration, photographs, and special guests Dana Harper, a finalist from NBC’s The Voice and dancer  Herman Houston.

Level Gallery will be presenting Out of Body as an opportunity to experience the ebbs and flows of artistry in raw form while our collaborators guide you through the connected flow of each line drawn, each manipulated piece of hand-dyed fabric, and the subject’s movement as it is styled and photographed. This project will serve as a public narrative bringing us all into the present moment where chance encounters become life changing, where wild reverie is found in everyday materials and where the future is happening right now.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through December 31.
