The second annual Arlington Juneteenth Celebration, co-hosted by the Levitt Arlington in collaboration with the Arlington chapter of Phi Beta Sigma,Inc., will feature concerts, food trucks, and shopping with vendors, many representing Black-owned businesses.
Performers include the Frank Sutton Fusion Project, Igimèjí, and New Breed Brass Band.
