The Libertine keeps the Belgian beer ball rolling with a five-course meal with American Belgians beginning at 7 pm. Chef Rosanne Dileo and cicerone Mate Hartai present pairings including a Buckwheat crepe with brandade de Morue with Adelbert’s Flyin’ Monks Oak Aged Dubbel and lamb tartiflette with smoked bacon, reblochon cheese topped with piperade with Lakewood La Dame du Loc. Reservations are $55 per person and can be made at 214-824-7900.
