The annual Light Up Lowest Greenville will showcase the neighborhood’s vibrant restaurant, bar and retail community, while adding an extra dose of brightness and holiday cheer to the street.
Lowest Greenville businesses like Greenville Avenue Pizza Company, Rapscallion, Kathy Fielder Boutique, Standard Service, and more will offer special drinks, snacks and discounts.
From 5:30-7 pm, Santa Claus will make an appearance for free social-distancing photos.
Light Up Lowest Greenville is partnering with Reverse Food Truck, an organization that collects food with the goal of putting hunger in the rearview mirror. To support the effort, visitors can donate some of their most needed items, including vegetable oil, canned tuna, canned chicken, peanut butter, ramen noodles (chicken), spaghetti, and mac & cheese. All attendees are encouraged to bring what they can to ensure that those less fortunate can enjoy some hot meals during the holiday season.
