Markowicz Fine Art will present "Avetura," Spanish artist Eva Armisén’s newest collection of vibrant paintings. The collection captures daily life and everyday people as something extraordinary, proposing a refreshing and optimistic look to carry humanity into a livable world full of emotion.
Based in Barcelona, Armisén possesses a creative purpose of communicating life through art for more than 30 years using painting, engraving, and other mediums and impressive collaborations. Although her work contains a Spanish feel and elegance, the award-winning artist has gained a strong following throughout her long international career in countries like South Korea, where her work has been described as giving people a renewed sense of hope and healing.
The opening night will feature a performance by Dallas-based flamenco organization Flamenco Fever.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on view through May 11.
