For the sixth year, Mary Tomás Gallery will host the Creative Arts Center of Dallas Annual Juried Membership Exhibition. The juried exhibit opens up an opportunity for selected CAC members to display and sell their works in a professional gallery setting. Celebrating 50 years, CAC has provided an environment for artistic expression through their extensive class schedule and open studios. Diverse talent abounds in this incubator for creativity and the juried exhibit selects more than 20 exceptional works from over 150 entries that delight patrons looking for new discoveries.
Emerging, seasoned artists, and photographers or craftsman will present a variety of disciplines including: mixed media painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, mosaic, fused glass, sculpture and more. This years jurors are Donald Fowler, Director of Retail at the Nasher Store, Reid Robinson, Community Arts Advocate and Mary Tomás.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through September 2.
